01

Managed IT

Support, monitoring, hardware, consulting and day-to-day IT ownership for teams that need things fixed properly.

What is included in your Managed IT service?

Managed IT covers helpdesk support, remote troubleshooting, network monitoring, endpoint management, vendor coordination, device setup and ongoing maintenance. The aim is simple: fewer interruptions and one team accountable for the messy bits.

Can you support staff who work from home or between offices?

Yes. We support users across the office, home and travel. That includes remote access, device health, Microsoft 365 access, VPNs, MFA issues, Wi-Fi problems and the everyday support tickets that slow people down.

Do you monitor computers and servers before they fail?

Yes. We use remote monitoring and management tools to track device health, patch status, alerts, disk space, services and common failure signs. Monitoring does not replace good support, but it catches a lot before users have to complain.

Can you handle hardware procurement?

Yes. We can source business laptops, desktops, servers, firewalls, switches, access points, phones, printers and storage. We focus on gear that fits the job, not whatever happens to be cheap that week.

Do you only fix problems, or can you plan IT properly?

We do both. Support keeps the business moving. IT consulting gives you a plan for licensing, security, cloud, backups, devices, networking and future projects. Without that plan, support turns into permanent firefighting.

Can you help with VoIP and business phone systems?

Yes. We can help with 3CX, Cloud PBX, IP phones, call routing, remote users and internet links that are stable enough for voice. Phone systems are part of IT now, so treating them separately usually creates pain.

02

Cyber Security

Security work that protects identities, email, endpoints, cloud apps and the people using them.

What cyber security services do you provide?

We provide penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, email security, endpoint detection, SOC and MDR services, phishing simulation, dark web monitoring, SaaS protection and practical security hardening for Microsoft 365 and business systems.

What is the difference between vulnerability scanning and penetration testing?

Vulnerability scanning looks for known weaknesses across systems on a repeatable schedule. Penetration testing goes deeper and proves what an attacker could do with those weaknesses. Most businesses need scanning regularly and penetration testing at key risk points.

Do you provide EDR, SOC or MDR?

Yes. EDR watches endpoints for suspicious behaviour. SOC and MDR add monitoring, triage and escalation, so alerts are not left sitting in a dashboard nobody checks. The right mix depends on risk, budget and compliance needs.

Can you protect our email from phishing and malware?

Yes. We can improve email filtering, authentication, impersonation protection, attachment handling, link protection and user reporting. Email is still one of the easiest ways into a business, so it needs more than a default mailbox setup.

Do phishing simulations help?

They help when they are used as training, not as a staff trap. We use simulations to find weak spots, coach users and improve reporting habits. The goal is fewer bad clicks and faster reporting when something looks wrong.

What is dark web monitoring?

Dark web monitoring checks for exposed business credentials and related breach data. It is not magic, but it is useful. If passwords are already floating around, you want to know before someone uses them against you.

03

M365

Licensing, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Defender and Copilot without tenant sprawl.

Can you manage our Microsoft 365 tenant?

Yes. We manage users, licences, security settings, mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Defender and ongoing admin tasks. We also clean up old settings that tend to survive years of quick fixes.

Can you migrate email to Exchange Online?

Yes. We plan and run mailbox migrations, DNS changes, user cutover, shared mailboxes, aliases, mobile setup and post-migration support. The important part is not just moving mail. It is making sure people can work the next morning.

How do SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams fit together?

Teams is where people talk and work. SharePoint stores team files behind the scenes. OneDrive is for individual work files and controlled sharing. When those roles are clear, files are easier to find and permissions make sense.

Can you help secure Microsoft 365?

Yes. We can harden MFA, conditional access, admin roles, Defender policies, mailbox rules, external sharing, device access and audit settings. Microsoft 365 is powerful, but the default setup is rarely enough.

Can you help with Microsoft Copilot?

Yes. We can review licensing, permissions, data exposure, adoption, training and safe use cases before Copilot is rolled out. Copilot is only useful if your data and access controls are in good shape first.

Can you reduce Microsoft 365 licensing waste?

Yes. We review assigned licences, unused accounts, duplicate products, shared mailbox mistakes and security add-ons. Many tenants carry quiet waste because nobody has looked at the billing and usage together.

04

Cloud and Data

Cloud storage, migration, file structure, data governance and business systems that do not turn into a dumping ground.

Do you help businesses move files to the cloud?

Yes. We migrate file servers, Dropbox, Google Drive and scattered storage into cloud platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive and Dropbox for Business. We plan permissions and structure before moving data, because a messy migration just creates a faster mess.

Can you clean up SharePoint or Dropbox file structures?

Yes. We help design folders, libraries, permissions, naming rules, retention and external sharing. The goal is for staff to find the right file without asking five people where the latest version lives.

Can you help with Salesforce file storage?

Yes. We can help with X-Files Pro and Salesforce file storage patterns, including storage pressure, external file handling and the way users attach or find documents inside CRM records.

How do you protect sensitive business data in the cloud?

We start with access control, MFA, admin roles, sharing rules, audit logs and backup. Then we tune the platform around how the business actually works. Security that ignores daily workflow usually gets bypassed.

Can you migrate data without stopping the business?

Most projects can be staged to reduce disruption. We map data, test migration paths, run pilot moves, communicate cutover steps and support users during the change. Some downtime may still be needed, but it should not be a surprise.

Which cloud storage platform should we use?

For Microsoft-heavy businesses, SharePoint and OneDrive usually make sense. Dropbox for Business can still be the better fit for some workflows. We choose based on users, data size, permissions, external sharing, compliance and support needs.

05

Backup

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS, servers, endpoints and recovery planning before the bad day arrives.

Do we still need backup if our data is already in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Yes. Microsoft and Google keep the platform running, but they do not give every business a full, simple recovery path for accidental deletion, ransomware, account compromise, bad syncs or long-term retention mistakes.

What backup services do you provide?

We provide Microsoft 365 backup, Google Workspace backup, SaaS backup, server backup, endpoint backup and BCDR planning. The right setup depends on what data matters, how fast it must come back and how much loss the business can tolerate.

What is BCDR?

BCDR stands for business continuity and disaster recovery. It is the plan for keeping the business operating during an outage, then restoring systems in the right order. Backup is one part of it, not the whole plan.

Do you test restores?

Yes, and it matters. A backup that has never been tested is a hope file. We verify that data can be restored and that the recovery process is clear before there is pressure.

Can you back up laptops and desktops?

Yes. Endpoint backup protects important local files on staff devices, especially for users who save work outside approved cloud locations. We usually pair this with better cloud file habits so endpoint backup is a safety net, not the main system.

How often should backups run?

It depends on how much data the business can afford to lose. Critical systems may need frequent backups. Lower-risk data may be fine daily. We set schedules around recovery point and recovery time targets, not guesses.

06

AI

Custom AI agents, automation, CRM integration, content workflows, AR, VR and practical AI adoption.

What AI services does Code Hyper One provide?

We build custom AI agents, workflow automation, CRM integrations, digital strategy audits, content workflows, AR and VR experiences, game-based training and internal tools that remove repeat admin work.

What is AgentBox?

AgentBox is our custom AI agent service for business operations. It can help with structured tasks such as triage, drafting, data lookup, internal support, reporting and guided workflows, with controls around access and review.

Can AI connect to our CRM or business systems?

Yes. We can connect AI workflows to CRM, forms, ticketing, spreadsheets, documents and line-of-business systems where the access model is safe. The best projects start with one repetitive workflow and clear approval points.

How do we know if our business is ready for AI?

Start with a digital strategy and AI readiness audit. We look at data quality, permissions, processes, security, staff workflow and the tasks that waste time. If the foundation is weak, we fix that before building shiny toys.

Can you help with AI content and marketing workflows?

Yes. We can set up controlled content workflows for drafting, review, publishing support, reporting and campaign assets. The key word is controlled. AI should speed up the process without turning your brand voice into soup.

Do you build AR, VR or gamified experiences?

Yes. We can create AR, VR, game development and gamification projects for training, product demos, education and marketing. These work best when the experience has a clear job, not just a novelty factor.
